Notice to Users: All users of the CVAC Request for Proposals (RFP) Service are hereby advised that The
Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection has no means of verifying the claims, representations, integrity,
character, or business practices of any member of the group. CVAC therefore does not endorse any particular
member of the group and will not take responsibility for the outcome of any transactions arising from the use
of this service. CVAC will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, (including legal costs)
to any respondent or other person in relation to this RFP process.
It is the responsibility of the user to independently determine the claims of the individual VAs. We strongly
encourage all users to verify claims and to ask for references before contracting with any business.
Notice to Members of CVAC: The CVAC Request for Proposals (RFP) Service is very important to both VA clients
and Users. Both the service and the integrity of the service is of the utmost importance to CVAC itself. To
preserve the integrity of this service, CVAC reserves the right to suspend or delete from the System any VA or
User whose performance or integrity is called into question by a third party. CVAC further reserves the right
to determine in its sole discretion whether any complaint merits this or any other action.
By participating in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Service, all VAs and Users agree to be bound by the
above provisions and acknowledge CVAC's right to impose such limitations.
